What is a home inspection?
Inspections are vital for both buyers and sellers. For buyers, it ensures that the property is in good condition and helps uncover any hidden defects. For sellers, inspections provide transparency and can boost the market value of the property.
Why are inspections important?
A home inspection is a visual examination of a property’s structure and systems, conducted by a certified inspector. It assesses the condition of the home and identifies any issues or potential problems. Home inspections are crucial for buyers to make informed decisions.
How long does an inspection take?
The duration of an inspection varies depending on the size and condition of the property. On average, a thorough inspection can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours for a typical single-family home.

It helps ensure the pool is in safe and operational condition.
Can you inspect the landscape and irrigation system?

This helps identify leaks, broken sprinkler heads, or improper drainage that could affect the home’s foundation or yard health.
Do you offer sewer scope inspections?
Yes, we offer sewer scope inspections as a highly recommended add-on service. This involves using a specialized camera to inspect the main sewer line from the house to the street, checking for blockages, tree root intrusion, pipe damage, or other hidden issues that could lead to costly repairs.
What is an Infrared Thermal camera inspection and is it included?
We use infrared thermal imaging as an optional upgrade to detect temperature differences not visible to the naked eye. This can help identify hidden moisture, insulation gaps, electrical hot spots, or air leaks. While not included in the standard inspection, it’s a powerful tool that adds value for homeowners seeking deeper insights.
